The IN200 is a dual-screen fully rugged portable industrial computer developed by Raysuan for complex field operation environments. Featuring a compact magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis, it is powered by 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 / i9 processors and can be configured with Intel® Core™ Ultra series processors and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX dedicated graphics, delivering reliable computing performance for field command, data processing, image analysis, surveying and mapping, and professional industry applications.​

The IN200 is equipped with two 15.6-inch Full HD sunlight-readable displays with brightness up to 1000 cd/m², ensuring clear visibility in outdoor and high-brightness environments. With its modular architecture, docking station support, hot-swappable main battery, built-in auxiliary battery, and 18V–24V DC wide-voltage input design, the IN200 is built to support long-duration mobile operation, vehicle-mounted deployment, and continuous field use.​

The system is designed to meet MIL-STD-810H environmental reliability requirements and MIL-STD-461G electromagnetic compatibility requirements. Its enclosure is designed for IP65 dust and water resistance, enabling stable operation in harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, shock, drop, salt mist, dust, rain, and snow. It is suitable for emergency command, vehicle-mounted operations, field surveying and mapping, engineering exploration, measurement and control systems, public safety, and defense-related mobile computing applications.
Dual 15.6-inch Sunlight-Readable Displays for Field Multitasking
The IN200 features two 15.6-inch FHD displays with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 and brightness up to 1000 cd/m², providing excellent visibility under direct sunlight. The dual-screen design supports map dispatching, video monitoring, data comparison, task instructions, device status display, and multi-window software operation, helping field personnel improve information processing efficiency.

A low-temperature display option is available, supporting stable display operation at -40°C. This makes the IN200 suitable for cold-region operations, outdoor inspection, vehicle-mounted platforms, and special field deployments.
High-Performance Computing Platform with Optional RTX Graphics
The IN200 supports 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-13700H and i9-13900H processors, as well as Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 / 7 / 9 high-performance platforms, meeting the requirements of field data processing, complex industry software, and multitasking operation.

Optional NVIDIA® GeForce RTX 3060M 12GB or RTX 4060 8GB dedicated graphics are available for image processing, 3D modeling, map rendering, simulation analysis, video recognition, and professional industry applications. The system supports up to 64GB DDR5 memory and up to 8TB Gen4 NVMe high-speed SSD storage, with an optional disk wipe function for enhanced data security management.
Modular Architecture for Project-Based Customization
The IN200 adopts a modular chassis and docking station design, allowing flexible configuration of communication modules, I/O interfaces, storage options, and functional components according to project requirements. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G LTE modules are designed to be removable, making maintenance, upgrades, and project adaptation more convenient.

The system provides rich I/O connectivity, including USB, Type-C, RJ45, HDMI, VGA, COM, aviation power connector, audio port, and grounding post. It can support industrial control, vehicle-mounted platforms, external device connection, measurement and control systems, and customized system integration.
Dual-Battery Power System with Hot-Swap Support
The IN200 is equipped with a removable main battery and a built-in auxiliary battery. The standard main battery capacity is 155Wh, with an optional 184.3Wh low-temperature battery available for operation at -40°C. The built-in 58Wh auxiliary battery keeps the system running during main battery replacement, enabling hot-swap operation without shutting down the device.

This design is ideal for long-duration outdoor missions, mobile command, emergency response, inspection, surveying, mapping, and vehicle-mounted continuous operation, reducing the risk of data loss or task interruption caused by power failure.
High-Reliability Rugged Protection for Harsh Field Conditions
The IN200 is structurally reinforced for harsh operating environments. It is designed to meet MIL-STD-810H environmental reliability requirements and MIL-STD-461G EMC requirements, helping the system withstand extreme temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, drop, salt mist, dust, rain, and snow.

The enclosure is designed for IP65 dust and water resistance and is equipped with a waterproof LED-backlit membrane keyboard, enabling stable operation in outdoor, industrial, and mobile platform environments. The ESD protection design supports ±8kV contact discharge and ±15kV air discharge, improving system reliability in complex electrical environments.
Compact Magnesium-Aluminum Alloy Chassis for Strength and Mobility
The IN200 uses a magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis to ensure structural strength and durability while maintaining a compact form factor. With dimensions of approximately 405mm × 288mm × 65mm, it is more portable and easier to deploy than traditional dual-screen rugged systems.

This structure supports multiple deployment methods, including individual carrying, vehicle-mounted installation, mobile command cases, field test platforms, and temporary workstations. It enhances mobility while maintaining dual-screen capability and strong expansion performance.
