Customers first provide their project requirements, including application scenarios, target industries, operating environments, product types, estimated quantities, budget range, and specific functional needs. Common customization requests include interface design, display brightness, protection level, communication modules, operating system, and logo or brand customization.
Our product and engineering teams review the customer’s requirements and define the development specifications. This includes confirming the core configuration, such as CPU, memory, storage, display, interfaces, wireless connectivity, rugged structure, accessories, and certification requirements. A clear project specification document will be prepared for further development.
After the specifications are confirmed, we begin designing the product solution. This stage covers exterior structure, internal layout, functional modules, interface placement, thermal design, software adaptation, and brand element integration. The goal is to ensure the product meets the customer’s application requirements while remaining feasible for stable mass production.
Based on the customized solution, we evaluate key supply chain resources, including core components, tooling, display panels, mainboards, interface modules, batteries, and housing materials. We also assess delivery time, cost, and supply stability to prepare for prototype development and future mass production.
Once the solution is approved, we start prototype production. The prototype is used to verify the product structure, functions, performance, and customized requirements. This is an important stage before moving into mass production.
After the prototype is completed, we conduct functional testing, stability testing, interface testing, environmental adaptability testing, and customer application scenario verification. If any issues are found, our engineering team will make the necessary adjustments until the product meets the project requirements.
According to customer needs, the product can be evaluated through relevant tests and certifications, such as MIL-STD-810H, IP65/IP66/IP67, dust and water resistance, drop, vibration, high temperature, and low temperature testing. This ensures the product is suitable for complex and demanding working environments.
After prototype verification and testing are completed, the project moves into mass production. We manufacture, inspect, package, and deliver the products according to the confirmed specifications, branding requirements, and delivery schedule, ensuring the final product meets the customer’s customized application needs.
